📜 Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

Welcome to the RRTracker Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Only users with an active Premium or Pro subscription are eligible to participate as Referrers.
  • Referrers must have an active, fully paid subscription at the time of referral and at the time rewards are paid out.
  • The Program is only open to individuals and may not be used by businesses or affiliate networks without prior written consent.

2. How to Earn Referral Rewards

  • Eligible Referrers will receive a unique referral code or link.
  • When a new user ("Referred User") signs up using the Referrer's code and upgrades to a paid Premium or Pro subscription, the Referrer becomes eligible to earn a reward.
  • Referral rewards are determined based on the subscription plan purchased by the Referred User:
    • Monthly Plan: $2 per month while active (for up to 12 months)
    • 3-Month or 6-Month Plan: $5 per payment (for up to 12 months)
    • Yearly Plan: $10 one-time reward
  • No reward will be paid if the Referred User signs up without upgrading to a Premium or Pro plan.

3. Reward Payment Terms

  • Referral rewards are credited monthly, following successful payment by the Referred User.
  • Rewards are only paid for active, non-refunded, non-cancelled subscriptions.
  • Rewards will be capped at 12 months of payments per referred user.
  • Rewards may be subject to minimum payout thresholds (e.g., $20 minimum) before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Payouts will be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or platform credits.

4. Fraud Prevention

  • Self-referrals (referring yourself) are strictly prohibited.
  • Referrers must not use fake accounts, fake emails, or any deceptive practices to generate referrals.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards if we detect any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
  • Accounts found engaging in fraudulent behavior may be permanently suspended and forfeit all rewards.

5. Program Duration and Changes

  • The Program is scheduled to run for 12 months from May 1, 2025 to May 1, 2026, unless extended by RRTracker.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
  • Any rewards earned prior to Program termination will be honored according to these Terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We make no guarantees regarding the number of referrals or rewards you may earn.
  • We are not responsible for any tax implications of referral rewards. Referrers are solely responsible for complying with all tax laws and regulations.

7. General Terms

  • By participating, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and not to spam or send unsolicited promotional messages.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  • All decisions regarding the administration of the Program, including the eligibility of referrals and reward payouts, are final and binding.
